1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Forge app and the website https://forgegoals.app (the “Service”), operated by Theoharis Zervos, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your country requires). Please give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use and community

Do not use Forge for anything unlawful, and do not harm or disrupt the app or try to extract its source code. We have zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content or violation of other people’s rights. You can report content and block other users in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts.

You keep the rights to what you enter in Forge, and you allow us to store, display and process it (including sending it to our AI provider) to run the Service.

4. AI features and health notice

Forge uses AI to suggest daily targets and habits. The suggestions may be inaccurate, so they are suggestions only. You are responsible for your actions and well-being and for deciding whether a habit suits your abilities and health. Forge is not medical advice or therapy. Talk to a professional before drastic changes to exercise or diet. Forge is not an emergency service: in an emergency call your local number (112 in Europe, 144 for medical help in Switzerland); in a crisis in Switzerland you can reach Die Dargebotene Hand on 143.

5. Subscriptions

Forge offers an auto-renewing subscription (FORGE Elite Access). Price and length are shown before you buy ($7.99 per month or $39.99 per year, or the local price shown in the App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Forge > Cancel Subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your Forge account does not cancel your subscription.

6. Intellectual property and license

The Forge brand, design and software belong to Forge and its creator. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Apple terms

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Forge and for any claims about it. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. You confirm you are not in an embargoed country or on a U.S. government restricted-party list. Apple’s standard EULA also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms regarding Apple’s rights, Apple’s terms prevail.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence), and your mandatory consumer rights stay unaffected.

9. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The courts of the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law lets you as a consumer sue at your place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you do not agree, stop using Forge and delete your account.
